Julie helped the reviewer buy this property

Very professional, insightful and helpful. Beyond Expectations!

Buying our first house was quite stressful. After looking at many homes we finally decided on which house we wanted to purchase. Julie offered support across the whole process of buying our first home, from addressing our multiple enquiries about the property, to putting us in touch with building inspectors and contractors. Furthermore, Julie helped to facilitate the whole auction process, ensuring we understood the particulars before auction day, which as first home buyers was quite an intimidating task. Overall Julie was very communicable, professional and honest. Importantly, Julie was also very knowledgeable on the properties in the area, demographics and infrastructure. This gave us a better insight into our purchase. Previous dealings with local real estate agents, certainly did not make us feel very confident in the industry. Julie certainly set the bench mark for us, and we highly recommend this real estate agent to any first home buyer. Thanks Julie!
