Being a First Home Buyer can be a daunting experience. However, during negotiations Julie was extremely helpful and professional. Julie has a great knowledge of the local real estate market. It was evident throughout negotiations that Julie worked extremely hard for the vendor which is what you would expect from an Agent. Selling a house can be a stressful time however we found dealing with Julie defiantly lessened the stress and anxiety. Julie, regularly kept us up to date, was an open communicator and proved to do all this with a high moral standard and etiquette as well! Would have much preferred her to be selling our place lol but glad we found her by buying from her!
