Julie has lots of experience in negotiation of selling houses. She went above and beyond to make the sale work, even spent money out of pocket to make this happen. Without her instrumental negotiation skill the sale might not have happened. I am quite happy overall with my new house. As a buyer, I would recommend her as a selling agent to anyone.
