Julie and the girls at McGrath were very helpful in answering all my questions. I was kept updated during the whole purchase. As a first home buyer it can be really confusing and scary but Julie was very good.

First interactions with Julie were all very positive. She was available to answer questions and if answer was unknown, didn't hesitate to find true and accurate responses - rather than guessing or assuming. At no point was there any pressure from Julie which contributed to a 'smooth sailing', hassle free purchase. Thank you Julie!!
