We found Julie to be great to deal with during our purchase of this property. From the very first visit she always found time to answer any questions we had, and if she did not know the answer would find out very quickly for us. After an initial visit we asked for a private visit to confirm our interest, and Julie arranged this (on a Friday evening) without any problems and at no time did we feel in a rush to look at the property and then get out. She made us feel very relaxed as we looked around, and also helped us to understand the neighbourhood better as we were moving from another suburb. Prior to the auction she made sure we had all the relevant information, and during it made us feel very comfortable in a stressful environment.
