I did some studies before deciding which agent I would like to work with. I reached 3 agents in the area requiring house appraisal. Julia is the only one who actually went to the site and then had office group meeting before giving me house valuation. I can see from that moment she takes her job seriously. She is the only one who was willing to sacrifice her Sunday morning to meet with me when I checked any possibility we could catch up to nail down the deal on Sunday. During that 2 hours long communication, I saw a genuine, knowledgeable and kind hearted person. We chatted more as friends rather than agent-client. Selling "commercial" residential house is not an easy quick job. Through out the campaign, we gave each other encouragement, support. There are several interests from initial opens, some expected I could take lower offer. Julie did not give me any pressure, all she did is to pass the information and let me decide. Even once quite strong interest, she shared that with me, without asking me like "do you really wanna pass this one?" I would say she is very smart, cool and calm person. She treated me as real client. What matters is what the client thinks about - this is her strategy and her way to deal with her work. After several times sold/pulled off due to failure of finance-gaining, the sale process looks like whatever it will be it will be, but actually Julie is trying everyway behind scene to make deal happen, to help both vender and purchaser to achieve their goals.
