About Julie

Julie has been a Golden Beach local since moving with her family to Caloundra in 1986. Julie was also involved in the local community as Treasurer of the Golden Beach Primary School, where her two children attended, and a past Secretary of the Golden Beach Progress Association. With a love of real estate, Julie obtained her Real Estate License in 1989 and is now the longest serving female Real Estate agent in the Caloundra area. Her experience and knowledge has given Julie a thorough understanding of the local property market. Julie enjoys helping sellers and buyers alike achieve their real estate goals while making new friends along the way. When real estate isn’t keeping Julie busy, you can find her unwinding on the bowls greens at the local bowling club at Pelican Waters, where she competes weekly and is also a main sponsor of Club competitions. She loves nothing more than spending time with her family, having a relaxing Sunday afternoon BBQ, enjoying an early morning walk along the waterfront or paddle boarding along the Pumicestone Passage.
