I messaged her about the property at 9 pm expecting a reply the next day, but she responded straight away and continued messaging back and forth to answer every question thoroughly. That level of commitment set the tone for the entire experience. When I accidentally missed the home open, Julie drove back to the property and arranged a private viewing for me within 20 minutes.
