When we met Julie she was very enthusiastic and straight forward about selling our house. When we decided to put our house on the market she stuck to the price she had valued our house at where as other agents wanted to lower the price for a quick sale. The photos taken of our house were of very high quality and all advertising was of very high standards. The only criticisms we have is that: 1) once our house was sold we heard nothing whatsoever from anyone at first national, we found this very unprofessional. 2) when negotiating an offer which had been put to us, Julie told us that the buyers wouldn't have to go to the bank to get finance. Once we had accepted the buyers offer 2 banks had to come through to also value our place. 3) our cooling off period was set for 5 business days, in this time everything felt rushed and stressful. When I first meet Julie she was so bubbly and friendly, thought this was a job thing, but I have ran into her a few times in public and she still remembered my name and had plenty of time to talk. so I asked her to appraise my house for sale her business approach was very professional and she had done a deep research into the property, her quoting on what to expect as a sale price was very close to what I expected but with her talents and personality she was able to get a price that took my breath away. all the time making the buyer feel they were getting a deal. this is why Julie is now in the process of doing the sale of my mothers place.
