After meeting her, seeing details of her credentials and receiving her marketing proposal, I was sufficiently impressed that I chose her without first contacting any competing agencies. Her communication was outstanding: as one example, within minutes of an open home ending she would phone me to report on how it had gone. My queries were answered promptly, she was always on time for meetings, pleasant to deal with, clearly knew the local market well and my impression was that she put as much effort into selling my property as she would have done with a far more expensive one.
