It was an excellent experience dealing with the sales team at Sutton real estate at gin gin. Ian, julie, and Kelly are extremely professional, caring and friendly. They welcomed me and made me feel part of the community. I highly recommend sutton real estate gin gin if you plan to buy or sell .

As the purchaser I felt that the agent was working for both the vendor and myself. I believe they were trying to get the best outcome for both parties.

Very good, very good

Prompt knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble for her highly recommend

Julie was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had been researching properties online and had fired off a few emails to other agents/agencies regarding properties of interest. I had few responses within a reasonable timeframe (some didn't bother to respond at all). All Julie's communications (via phone and/or email) was prompt, professional and informative. Exactly what I needed in order to purchase my new property. Julie made the transaction seamless/stress free and I would have no hesitation in (highly) recommending Julie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property

Ian and Julie Sutton were very efficient in selling the 30 acre block of land. The payment was settled in a very short time and felt confident with their market knowledge and I'm most grateful for their help and the better than expected market price. Many Thanks Guy
