I was overwhelmed with preparing the house for sale but she gave me some simple guidance and thankfully advised me to not go overboard spending money. As the Greenwood market had little houses on the market at the time she suggested I hurry my house preparations along, and she was right. Julie found some early buyers who came through and put an offer in before the house even went to market! Her knowledge of the area and general communication with myself throughout the time was outstanding. Definitely a great outcome for us.
