Julie did not get off to a great start by failing to show up for our first appointment. She then rushed and pressured us to put in an offer, stating that there were multiple interested parties. I don't believe this was the case as our first offer was accepted quickly. During the early stages including signing the contract we found out that Julie had gone on annual leave without informing us or providing an alternative point of contact. I understand that she was working for the vendor however I would've imagined a better level of customer service all round.
