Property Purchase (St Ives)

We were assisted by Rob & Julie Warnes in purchasing a house in St Ives for a family member & were extremely fortunate to have done so. They were not only exceedingly helpful, but their knowledge of the market & their approach resulted in the transaction having been completed expeditiously & in a cordial manner. From our initial contact to settlement & beyond, we were impressed by their approach which resulted in our having secured a wonderful property which will remain in our family for many years & bring us much joy. I do not believe that this would have occurred in the smooth & convivial way it did without Rob & Julie's assistance. In summation, their approach is completely different from any previous experience & we cannot commend them highly enough - you will be extremely fortunate to have these fine people involved with your property matters.
