Make the right choice

Choosing the right agent for you is not an easy decision, but I am glad to say we got it right first time choosing Julie. What we were looking for was someone we felt comfortable with, someone realistic, professional, with good communication and not full of spin. We were able to discuss and decide our marketing and advertising openly and were happy with what Julie suggested as the best way to proceed selling our property, taking into consideration both the quality and standard of the home we were selling and where it sat in the market place. We were happy with the time it took to sell our home and the price achieved especially as the market was being affected by what was happening in the capital cities at the time.
