Our situation is quite special. We want to sell the property and then tenanted back in. So Julie needs to find us a buyer who would like to buy our house as their investment property and then rent it to us. I know Julie has a good database but still surprised that just 1 inspection, there came the buyer! Julie has made the whole process easy and pleasant for us. She sold our property off market and matched the right buyer with just 1 inspection! Saved us so much time and money. This is so beyond my expectation! Julie has done an awesome job for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to all my family and friends!

We waited three months before we could sell our house, and at an extremely low price, very disappointed. The agent kept on assuring us it would sell for a good price no problem initially, then came up with different reasons why it cant sell for better. guess its typical... I didn't shop around for other agents, thought she was one of the best in Glen, very disappointed. Recommend that people should check what agents can offer! Bad luck and good lesson for me.
