She knew that I would be very happy in this apartment, that my desirable criteria would be met in spades full ! And upon inspection I was not disappointed. I have to say that Julie knew of my situation, that I wanted to find another property in Helensburgh and her assistance was invaluable. But it was also the little touches. Awaiting me when the day came to move in was a lovely surprise which really touched me, it warmed my heart.
