Daniel and I have used Julie Humphries three times in the past three years in order to purchase and sell properties in the area. I can't rate Julie high enough. From when we first decided to sell, which was about 12 months ago, until we finally put our house on the market, Julie's service was fantastic. Any questions we had were promptly and efficiently answered. Julie forms the type of relationship with you, as an agent, that you really want. She gets to know you unobtrusively. Finds out what you like and expect. Her team are terrific and you can tell she is good at what she does by, not only her approach to you, but how she communicates with her team and the others that she engages for advertising. Nothing is overlooked. Our house sold much quickly than expected, negotiations were efficient, friendly and successful. Julie also treated the buyers with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. Subsequently we have now formed a warm and professional relationship to settle as well.
