Julie has great knowledge about the area and the market and helped us both buy and sell our first home. Julie made both experiences very easy and seamless for us which was very important as this was all happening around the week of our wedding so I definitely had lots of other things on my mind. Julie helped us gain an understanding on what our house would sell for and we negotiated a fair price which she ended up getting after our first open home. Julie is always quick to reply and answer any questions we have.
