Juliette Zhou and her team at Harcourts were very professional and helpful from the moment of our first meeting. They listened to us and provided helpful feedback on the sale of our property. Unfortunately our sale went into the Covid-19 lockdown and we all had to navigate this new and difficult time together. Juliette was quick to pick up on the government changes and had buyers lined up for private viewing quickly and efficiently. The team posted appropriate signage and ensured hygiene throughout the inspections. Juliette worked tirelessly to get us the right buyer, often working late nights and driving to buyers location to obtain offers, she keep us informed at all times with texts and calls. Juliette was honest with us regarding the changes to the market and we ended up with a sale which was very acceptable.
