We gave Jun a figure for a sale price we wanted to achieve and after only two open days he had a number of potential buyers. Jun worked with the customers and we were able to achieve the selling price we were after. We found Jun friendly, helpfully and was always available to discuss issues and offer advice. We sold our house with Jun recently. When we met him first we didn't know the company at all and we were hesitant to use an agent from a new company. But we overcame that dilemma only because of the agent's style of approach, manners and cooperative mind. We should say we choose Jun not the company at that moment.
