June promptly responded to our request for assistance to sell our property. We met early the next morning at a time to suit us. She provided a property estimate that exceeded our expectations but clearly knew the market exceptionally well. We were really impressed with her timely and informative updates. The property sold promptly at the advertised price with a cash contract. At all times, June and her team were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend June.

June persevered to get the sale of our property through. Excellent work and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend June to anyone wanting to sell their property.

June dealt with our property with great enthusiasm from beginning to end. It was a challenge from start to finish as we had a difficult tenant who refused to leave. Her strategy during the final evection can only be described as a masterpiece. She was always very pleasant and knows how to deal with people and knows her area and market conditions very well. I could recommend her to anyone. 5 stars plus.

I have had quite a few dealings with Real estate agents over the last 25 plus years but June is a standout with her professionalism. She is genuine and reliable and she achieved a price far higher than what we were expecting on the sale of our house. I would advise anyone looking to sell or buy Real Estate in the Ipswich area to contact June.

Would definitely use Walkers realestate again, June really new the market and reached an outcome that exceeded our expectations.

We recently bought our home through June Frank from Walkers Real Estate. June was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She’s very experienced so we had confidence in her and trusted her advice. She’s not at all pushy or hard-sell and made the process smooth and relaxed. Her communication was excellent throughout. We’d have no hesitation in recommending her services and would absolutely use her again.

June was friendly and helpful throughout the process and made buying my new house pleasant.
