3 years ago I identified a home on a website that I fell in love with, this home was listed with Walkers and June Frank as the agent. June walked me through every step of the sale. It was June's ad on the back of a free local magazine that caught my attention. I was disappointed in the below par advice I'd received from other local real estate agents and I had no confidence that they knew what they were talking about. I phoned June's office and instead of mucking me around, she came straight out to our property. Yes, she actually turned up! More to the point, she gave me frank and fearless advice (pun intended) and things turned out just as she said they would. The other agents had undervalued our property. We had a price in mind that they didn't feel we would get, but June came along and, in no time, secured a contract that exceeded our expectations. In effect, she was free, because the price she sold the property for was so far above what any other agent said we would get.
