June Frank sold my house $50 k above another agents advice. June has a reputation for working for vendors and rightly so as we pay the commission. She was spot on with the costs of the renovation having had 40 years of experience. Ipswich has lots more value for your bucks and agents need to follow June’s lead in talking up the city as an alternative. She has lived in Ipswich all her life. 35 mins to Southbank and the same to the Scenic Rim. Remember what goes around comes around. When you buy from June you get fair value, when you sell you get more than a fair price. Staff were excellent in their communications and June did as she said she would and followed through. Sometimes it’s best to go with experience and good old common sense. I have recommended June Frank and Walkers Real Estate far and wide.
