June Frank was brilliant, I couldn’t be happier with the quick sale of my home. She had extensive knowledge of the local market and was excellent with communication through the whole process. At a very stressful time June made the sale seamless and took care of everything. I have already recommended to her friends.

June was very professional in the sale of a beautiful Queenslander cottage that I bought and couldn't be happier.

I thoroughly recommend June as she handled the process of selling my home with professionalism and care. Thanks heaps June. Cheers Michelle

June was a very helpful, considerate and professional agent. She made the experience of buying seamless and endeavoured to act on my behalf with absolute professionalism. Highly recommend JuneFrank for any Real Estate business.

June was professional and outstanding in her care for us as she worked tirelessly to sell our property. After several false starts we finally got the sale over the line. This was all due to June’s hard work and going the extra mile for us .

June was a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of the local market is invaluable and she is great to talk to. She was extremely easy to communicate with and always quick to reply as was her office. I would highly recommend working with June.

Looking for a skilled negotiator? A realtor who knows and understands Ipswich property inside & out? June Frank is unique to ‘The Switch’, she genuinely cares about results for buyers and sellers alike. June works tirelessly to achieve the best price for her vendors. Highly recommended

We recently bought a home from June @ Walkers Real Estate. June was very approachable and personable. June knew a lot about the property and the area. June was always available to talk or arrange viewings of the property for us and our extended family. June made this transition from renting to finding our new family home one of great happiness.

All of my dealing with June were very good. Most of my dealing were with her assistant Melissa who is also lovely. They both were understanding and fair.

June was warm and friendly from the outset and made the purchase of our new house a very positive experience. She had a solid knowledge of the house and it's features and was able to assist us to make the transition from NSW to Quennsland, so we are very grateful for her help.

We have both purchased and sold a home with June as our agent, and couldn't recommend her more highly. She is an experienced professional who is hard-working, honest and committed to doing the best by both vendor and purchaser, and she manages to combine all this with friendliness and a great sense of humour.

It is not by lack that Walkers Real Estate Is the number 1 real estate office in Ipswich. It is the hard work, their professionalism, and the passion they put in achieving the best possible outcome for their clients. I would fully, and unreserved recommend June Frank and the team at Walkers Real Estate. Kind regards, Alex
