June worked tirelessly to support us to sell our property. Our offer came in just on Christmas, which then required inspections and issues to be remedied over the holiday period. Even though June was officially on holidays she always available to both us, the buyer and our tenants to work through any issues and to support us in the negotiations. Without June's support to navigate the process and to explain/gain support from our tenants, I fear we may have had a very different outcome. We highly recommend June and will use her in the future.

Great easy process, great communication with myself and clients will work with again. Always new what was happenning. Only negative and a very minor one was that the initial list price i believed was to high considering the condition of the property.
