Just really easy to work with

From the moment I organised to inspect the property with June she was professional, flexible, approachable and friendly. She was not at all intrusive, gave me the information I needed and answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. I could not be happier with the purchase I made with June's assistance and would highly recommend her as a real estate agent for buying/selling through.

have sold two houses through Walkers real estate, both times very professional, and sold very quickly. June was available at any time to fit into anyones tight schedules no matter on weekends or whenever needed, great agent

The house we bought sold itself. June gave us the tip on how to secure the house as it was a fairly popular property. ( That was the only positive whilst dealing with her) Signed the offer contract documents, however nothing was explained or any options given at signing. Only that if our finance was two slow we would lose the property. Not given the option about length to secure finance or complete a pest and building inspection or how long to settle the house we were told all these. Only heard from June when there was a problem. No offer of pre settlement inspection or for the token sold sign photo or given a settlement gift. Would not use June to sell my place as I know of other realestate agents the truly go over and above and are personable to the seller and the buyer. Her team were very helpful and nice.

June knows the Ipswich market and finds the right fit for both the vendor and buyer. June provides honest and accurate assessments of the state of the market in real time based upon experience.

We had a great buying experience with June while purchasing our first property. She was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer our queries. We cannot thank her enough for making the process so smooth for all parties.

June's knowledge of the Ipswich market is accurate and she has an eye for market prices. This is the 4th of my properties I have sold via Walkers. No hesitation in recommending June Frank to list your property. A total professional in every way.

June was fantastic during the purchase of our new home, she gave us the space and time to make a decision about our new home and didn’t bat an eyelid when we turned up at multiple open homes to look through properties time and time again.

June was more than willing to attend the property on as many occasions as I required during a lengthy settlement. I found June to be more than willing to offer sound advice throughout the process.

I have purchased, rented and sold property through Walkers Real Estate and without doubt they are the premier real estate agency within the Ipswich District and surrounds. June's experience along with her knowledge of "Queenslanders", histories, designs and architectures is second to none. Quite simply, June and her team sell homes by achieving the highest possible prices with the seller's interests first and foremost.

We have bought and sold twice through June since moving to Ipswich and have always found her to be very professional and works extremely hard to attain the best results for her clients. She understands period homes like no other person ! Our settlement occured the week before Christmas and when stress levels were high, June provided support and encourgement that all would be ok.Thanks June for all the laughs along the way. I would thoroughly recommend using June's services if you are buying or selling in the future

June's reputation is well known, and I can vouch for it first hand. We went specifically to her as the best in the business to take care of the sale of our Queenslander, and were not disappointed at all. She knows all there is to know, Market, Buyers, what sells and what doesn't. We're very happy with June and highly recommend her to anyone.
