I inherited my late fathers house earlier this year and I moved from the area soon after his passing to take up a job offer. Having built my first home, the decision to buy an existing home as a rental investment was daunting. However, June Frank made the process very easy by explaining everything clearly and by providing a "down to earth", relaxed and reassuring approach.
