Yes I successfully nailed my first home in this crazy housing market. June was a joint agent but she worked harder for me. I really appreciate it. I strongly recommend June is the one agent you want to work with especially you are a first home buyer, because she was a great communicator, who never misses your phone call whenever you have a question. She knows how important the trade is to the buyer and never acts like some other agents who only cares about increasing the offer. Even when you like a property, some agents just daunt you with push for higher offers, making you fall off what could be your home. You know not all agents are genuinely interested in what you want and need but June is. In a nutshell, I can say you're already lucky if you see her name on the property of your interest.
