My wife and I set up to sell our canal home in January 2019. There was some confusion with the agent we selected leaving the Agency after a month or so June arrived into our lives about mid Feb 2019 and took over the sale administration. Again I think there was a change of agency and June went with Harcourts. The winter months were not good for the sale, the weather/rain/cold was consistent, the non buyers came through in small but steady stream. I think the poor marketing and the negative press depressed the market's movements, current values and ways of approaching the sale. Through all 11 months, June kept us informed of the comments of the prospective clients, giving us some good laughs. But at all times she remained positive even when the wife and I were prepared to give up. One could not lose confidence when such a positive attitude provided. Finally, in Feb 2020 we received an acceptable offer and then there was a whole new ball game. The paper work with the decision after decision to be made. June kept us really up to date, her knowledge of the intricacies of dealing with the numerous points was second to none. We had always thought that the selling was the hard part, but dealing with the detailed points of contract requires an in-depth knowledge of which June was right on top of. At the same time we were purchasing another home in suburban Perth and again having June as an ally certainly made everything a lot easier.

We interviewed three agents when we first listed our property and June came out in front on professionalism, knowledge of the area options for listing and her friendliness. Since listing with June she has worked hard for us with regular home opens and follow up on potential buyers, she did a great job getting us a quick sale.

June was delightful from the moment we met her. She listened and understood us immediately. She worked well for bother the seller and us as buyers. Throughout the process June fell ill and was hospitalised but still kept in contact the entire time. She had another agent step in temporarily but she was back to business far sooner than I expected. She even rang us from hospital. She is an incredible lady. Although we haven’t settled yet, everything has gone very smoothly so far. A big thank you to June and team.
