Really have a great experience with Junianto throughout the selling process. From the initial discussion of asking price, the agent appreciated and worked for and above the price that we mentioned. The agent also provided great communication and update to us regularly when there was an inspection or any information. He did not rush to sell for any price lower, gave us room to decide and kept trying to achieve our asking price. In the end, he was able to secure a substantial higher price even though this was throughout the hard lockdown periods. The agent is very easy to communicate with and we felt very valued as customer too.. Not to mentioned that he kept pursuing opportunity / buyers even outside working hours. Strongly recommend the agent for anyone else!!
