My husband and I first met Justin Booth when we visited an open house. We were trying to decide whether to place our home of 36 years on the market to enable us to purchase a slightly smaller home with a single level and small garden. We were not experienced in home buying and selling and were impressed after our discussion with Justin. Once we'd made our decision to go ahead, we arranged for quotes and visits from several salespeople from different agencies including Justin and Joanna Hargreaves. They were all friendly, and all suggested the same house value, but we specifically chose to proceed with Justin and Joanna because they were more practical in their approach pointing out and asking more productive questions as well as giving good advice. Once our decision was made, we felt as though we were caught in a whirlwind of preparation and decision-making. At times we felt overwhelmed, but Justin and Joanna were always available to assist and to give a guiding hand. They reassured us in on a regular basis when we showed signs of insecurity to ensure that we were coping with our major decision, they gave great feedback after the open viewings and prepared us for the auction day ensuring that we aware of all procedures. Our auction was a success, thanks to the patient, compassionate, and positive guidance of Justin and Joanna. We thank them both for going above and beyond our expectations.
