Justin’s professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. I did have the house on the market previously for three months with another agent, but was not happy with their service nor their laissez faire attitude after an offer which was well below asking price. On the contrary, Justin organised a large group of salespersons from Harcourts to view the property in the first week of the listing so that they could also promote interest. Justin also organised photographs of the property for publicity purposes, including front page coverage in a local property magazine over a number of weeks at a very reasonable price. These images were very professionally done, including the use of a drone to obtain images from above to highlight both the natural environment and convenient situation of the property, as well as highlighting special aspects of the building itself. Open house inspections were conducted very regularly, generally on Saturdays, but I was pleased that there were often phone calls to see if it was convenient at other times of the week, giving me the confidence that the sale of the property was a priority for Justin. It was very obvious to me that he took these opportunities to really ‘sell’ my house. I also appreciated the feedback sessions which Justin conducted early the following week after scheduled inspections. Justin also was helpful in suggesting professional contacts for some minor renovations that were required during the time the house was on the market. I was extremely pleased with the result and grateful for his suggestions. The sale of my house at a good price took weeks rather than months. I have no hesitation in recommending Justin Boyanton as an exceptional agent who took care and attention to detail when selling my property.
