From the first meet with Justin he was upfront with all questions posed to him. We had good updates of progress and were accomodated with an early settlement request.

Justin was great from start to finish with the sale of my investment property. He and the property manager who also worked at KBRE, very professionally handled the tenant that was proving to be challenging with regards to initially listing the investment property for sale and open homes. I am aware Justin was on the phone to the tenant one evening at 8pm to manage her concerns. I do not believe if I went with another agent, this would have gone so smoothly. Justin kept me regularly up to date after open homes, from inquiries during the week and the honest feedback from potential buyers. He was able to negotiate a price well above what other potential buyers had indicated. Although KBRE is not primarily in the area where my investment property was for sale, Justin was very familiar with the market in that location. I will list another property with Justin in the future.
