Good sales plan & excellent results

My sister and I recently sold our 'family' home on behalf of our mother and we are extremely pleased that we chose Justin to make the sale. He provided competitive fees, good local knowledge, a thoughtful sales plan, and robust price estimates for the property. Justin then worked diligently to achieve those prices. Communications from Justin during the inspections and sale process were always timely and detailed. Most importantly, when offers reached a level we could accept Justin continued to search for new buyers who would pay what he believed the property was worth - and he succeeded!
