There are a number of areas we were impressed with, firstly and in my opinion most importantly you listened to our needs. This meant when you called and suggested a property to view more often than not we viewed the property you had recommended and it was inline with our needs. You took the time for us to view a property outside of the open hours for me and then waited some time later to then show my husband through. You went above and beyond in this moment which was greatly appreciated. One other area that impressed us was the fact you always answer our calls and if not quickly return our calls, for this we thank you. Finally when we had found the property we wanted to buy which you had listed you displayed honesty and good work ethic which can be very difficult to find.
