A great team to work with! The property had previously been on the market for 90 days with another agent. We took Justin's advice undertook some minor repairs, which significantly added to buyer attraction and the obvious result. He also suggested that we have the power on to show the house in its best light - particularly with evening viewing. I cannot fathom why we were not advised this previously!
