Working with Justin completely changed my view of real estate agents. He and his assistant Lisa were highly professional, communicated well, very helpful and transparent about the sales process. Justin was willing to take an entrepreneurial approach with regard to costs and commissions which I really appreciated and gave me confidence that he was working with my best interests at heart. Even after a contract was signed, they made sure all elements of the settlement went smoothly, took care of minor rectification work while I was overseas, even facilitating the sale of quite a few pieces of furniture the new buyer wanted. Highly recommended and we will be seeking his assistance for the sale of our other property in the future.
