Justin is very amicable and down to earth guy with a great sense of humor that made all dealings with him a pleasure. His straight up, no nonsense no real estate waffle style makes him a breath of fresh air in today's sea of stereotypical agents. But don't let that fool you for a second, because his professionalism, competency and skills as an agent are second to none! I should know because I've been dealing with real estate agents for over 15 years! I particularly appreciated his super prompt responses to my questions and requests. Mostly the replies were instantaneous and when he had to investigate or contact the vendors, it would generally be a few hours or at most a day, most likely due to the vendors. I was also very impressed with his style straight forward honesty, polite and tactful with good measures of humor to take the stress off the inevitable bumps that are bound to arise I such circumstances. I thought that he has real integrity, for him self, his vendors and myself and at no time compromised any aspect of those to consistently deliver the results agreeable to all of us. I will wholeheartedly recommend Justin to anyone and happily recommend him to friends and family seeking an agent. Thanks again for all your help.
