I have been buying and selling real estate for some 50 years and have found Justin to be unique. This last property required quite extensive work on it to get it to be competitive. The property being in Cleveland and me working 5.5 days on the Sunshine Coast presented quite a lot of problems to me, but not to Justin. He was most helpful in suggesting the renovations and styling and spent considerable time at the property doing things that I, as the owner, would normally do. When the building inspection raised some issues he was able to organise things that I couldn't because at this stage I was overseas.
