Justin was the nicest guy to deal with. Prior to engaging Justin I had engaged a different agent and she seemed to be only interested in a quick sale which is a usual attitude of real estate agents. When I needed to find another agent I shopped about and went to open inspections under the guise of being a purchaser when my real intent was to see how the agent operated. Those who had been recommended to me fell short of the mark of what I believe is a good agent. To this day I'm still waiting to hear from one. I then accidentally found Justin. As soon as I met him I felt he was the right agent. He was not your typical agent who makes you cringe or you regret speaking to and will pester you for days. Justin is a top guy who is reasonable and relaxed and never once pressured me to drop my price. He believed in the value of my home and stuck it out. He also did what my previous agent didn't do nor other agents and that is he had the house open for longer each time plus he had it open both Saturday and Sundays plus most Wednesday evenings. He invested his time and really earnt his money. You would be hard pressed to find a better agent than Justin. Justin also arranged for a home decorator to visit my house free of charge prior to placing it on the market. I cannot praise him enough. Thank you Justin
