We renovated our 1million + property over jan-feb with the help of Justin ready for sale. We put the property on the market on 15 March as COVID 19 hit us. I think Justin did an amazing job selling our property, getting a fair price, as the market had drop considerably due to COVID-19. We had major dramas getting the sale to become unconditional as the buyer was having trouble getting finance due to banks not lending money.
