Justin is easy and honest to deal with. He walked with us, explained the boundaries of this Maiden Gully property as well as the history of the house in detail. While some agent would have just brushed us aside, Justin took the effort to do the above. As I travelled quite a lot and was unable to effectively communicate with anyone, Justin patiently wrote email to me and gave me feedback which were crucial in allowing us to make the right decisions. Without his assistance, we would not have gotten this property. Thank You Justin!

From our first meeting with Justin, his communication was open and honest. We instantly felt at ease. He was hands on throughout the whole process and was reachable at all times even well after hours. He went above and beyond in ensuring we achieved a strong sale result. He clearly loves what he does. We couldn’t speak more highly of him.

Justin was very much hands on, spoke to us often to keep us informed, would recommend Justin to our friends and family. Well done

An overall fantastic experience with DCK. Justin’s knowledge of the market is second to none. Justin was direct and honest in all correspondence and his communication was outstanding, we were never left wondering what was happening. We would recommend Justin to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Justin was professional, friendly and communicated well about every step of the purchasing process. He made great recommendations to services to support us to purchase the property. I would highly recommend Justin.

I spoke with Justin Pell who explained everything to me in easy terms. He was up front about everything and took no time to get people looking at my home. The house was sold within weeks and I was thrilled with the outcome and settlement dates etc. Justin was terrific and so easy to talk to and ask stupid questions.. he always made me feel involved and valued. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Justin sell another property. I picked Justin BC as he sold my mother’s home within days of it going into the market . He is professional and an asset to his workplace

I would thoroughly recommend Justin Pell to prospective vendors in the selling of their properties. His positive attitude and commitment to business is very evident. I was always kept informed on every aspect, and detail in the process of the sale. I was also advised on anything I was unsure of, Justin always explained legalities to me which I appreciated very much.

Awesome response for every single step when purchasing the property. Received updates about the property consistently and quickly.

My experience with Justin was very good one. He kept his word when I asked to provide some information from vendor. He is experienced and very knowledgeable in the area. Wish him all the best.

Justin was clear, open and precise from the start, gave any and every detail about the house from both a buyer and building perspective, also loves his lemons!

As a buyer, I was thoroughly impressed with Justin Pell. Their market knowledge was exceptional—they provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. Communication was always prompt and clear, keeping me updated every step of the way. I’m grateful for their support and highly recommend their services!
