Justin was very helpful in organising our inspection to suit everyone and very informative as we inspected the home, was helpful with any phone queries and the follow up after we placed bid. was quick to follow up with communication and professionalism.
First purchase in 30 years, in a town I'd only driven through .. Justin, found the dream place, and made it all smooth sailing with his local knowledge and expertise .. Highly recommend Justin and the team if you're in the hunt for a palce in the Bendig region...
My experience with Justin from DCK Bendigo was just fantastic! His knowledge of the area was invaluable to a buyer from out of town, and his communication with me from our first contact to settlement was outstanding. Justin conducts himself in a very professional manner while also being friendly and approachable. I could also see that he was also acting with respect of his vendor which I appreciated. So if you ever need to sell or buy a house in the Bendigo area give Justin from DCK a call!
Justin was knowledge and balanced in his approach. He's always super responsive and took the time to explain the process to you. Thanks Justin.
It’s a delight to have Justin’s help in buying our first home in Bendigo. He is responsive to our requests and questions. Always patient, easy to talk to and professional. We highly recommend him to anyone.
We were very happy with Justin as our agent. He kept us informed of what was happening and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
Justin Pell is amazing to deal with. He sold our house very quickly with a perfect result for us. I would recommend Justin to anyone. Great down to earth person who appreciated our hardwork. 5 stars.
Justin is easy to work with and constantly communicated process with his in-depth knowledge. All questions were answered, and Justin's approachable nature gave me comfort in asking any and all questions which gave me re assurance through the process. Great guy and would engage again if searching the property market or going to sell.
I have found Justin to be very professional, always courteous and very punctual. There was no selling gimmicks, just valuable information presented without a hard sell. I found the whole experience so far with Justin has been ideal. My wife and i will definitely recommend Justin to all our friends & associates.
Justin exceeded all expectations we had in selling our home. From first meet, his expert knowledge on the market & the area and appreciation of the house he was to sell made the process very easy. He was realistic in price guides, giving advice on prepping the sale and the journey ahead. Justin was very approachable and his personality and care took the stress of selling away. The network he has and marketing strategies set out was proof when our house very quickly went under contract. Justin kept us up to date with everything and led to a quick sale of our home. We can't thank you Justin enough, and recommend anyone to give Justin a call to see how he also can make buying/selling a smooth, memorable journey.
From the moment we met to discuss the sale of our home, Justin was professional, knowledgeable and really easy to deal with. We had multiple offers in the first week of hitting the market and Justin managed the negotiations with the buyers incredibly well, communicating clearly throughout the process and he got us a result that we are very happy with. We highly recommend working with Justin if you are thinking of selling.
We had a great experience selling with Justin and I could not recommend him highly enough. He really knows his stuff and saw potential in our property that other agents missed. This led him to place a higher value on it than others, and with careful and considered marketing we were delighted he was able to get us a price that exceeded our expectations. After contracts were signed, he was very diligent in seeing the sale through and worked well with the other professionals involved. He is also incredibly lovely to deal with and always up for a good chat.
