Justin immediately gave me the confidence I had made the right choice of agent to sell my property. His knowledge of the trends in the market and and the local area along with a watchful eye consistently adapting to changes were outstanding. Justin was in contact regularly and gave sound advice when needed. Prior to listing, Justin gave a few tips on how to and options who to use for styling and any trades required to give the best possible look to the property. Overall service 10/10, which resulted in a great sale price and a quick sale in what was a quickly downturning market. I recommend Justin extremely highly for being the genuine article in what is a really emotional time for most, selling their home. I wouldn’t consider engaging anyone else.

Justin Ross has great communication skills, and kept me fully informed all the way through the sales process, answering all my questions, and keeping me calm during the selling process. He is very punctual, patient, and returns all calls asap. He has an excellent knowledge of the current real estate market, and I could fully trust his opinions, recommendations and suggestions. I had to spend some time prior to sale, to do some renovations to my house to bring it up to sale. Justin was able to recommend some wonderful tradespeople, and Justin had the knowledge and experience in recommending the optimum amount of renovations to do that would give the maximum bang for your buck, without over capitalising. Given the subdued state of the market at the time of my sale, Justin was able to negotiate a very satisfactory selling price. I would thoroughly recommend Justin to any potential vendor.

I chose Justin as he was the only agent who approached me who seemed genuinely interested in all aspects of the sale and also the person! Justin was always easy to approach and get in contact with.....he was punctual / thorough / knowledgeable and most importantly, let you know 'exactly' where you stood through the whole process whether that be good news or bad. My only regret is that I won't be using him next time as I have no intention of selling again - if I were to sell in the future, I wouldn't hesitate in calling him first. Regards Adam
