Overall, he's a nice guy. But during our sale, we constantly had to chase him up for details and information about forms that he neglected to tell us about. Pushy to get you to sell. And can be dishonest. He told us that his commission would come out at settlement, which was untruthful, as they came out of our deposit, which made it rather hard for us to try and purchase. It also took us 3 months to even get our deposit. Beware of Provey as well, who Justin recommends. Our first consultant did absolutely nothing and neglected to tell us things as well. She no longer works for the company. Luckily, our second consultant was excellent and was actually helpful. Thankfully, we went through Anthony d'Ambrosio from Stockdale and Leggo to buy. Wish we had've had the foresight to go through him with the sale as we're sure it would've gone a lot smoother and he would've gotten us a better sell price.

We were very nervous about using an agent as our previous agent cost us a lot of money and 6 months of my life holding 3 inspections a week. I gave Justin a chance though as he had the guts to cold call me and ask me for my business. Justin will further grow his negotiation style as he develops his career as an agent. Sadly I was having the odd emotional breakdown lol. Especially due to a forced separation because of homesickness . My husband was returning to the U.K and I had to remain here. It made it hard for everyone involved in the selling of our property. I think though, all in all Justin handled it very well. Justin is very well mannered. He is very polite in conveying information and very good in working with the vendor families.
