Hi Justin, You were great to deal with and certainly went "the extra mile" to help me sell as I was living in Melbourne and communicating at arms length. So I was extremely grateful for all the little extra things you did. My only negative experience was that because you were about to leave on a 3 - 4 week holiday I felt the final negotiations with the buyer were rushed. The initial price offered was far too low and I had to insist on a higher price which ultimately resulted in a $10,000 increase on the first offer by the buyer. But overall you were great. We tried selling our house 2 times through 2 different companies with no interest what so ever, my sister inlaw recommended Justin after her house sold. Choosing to go through Justin was the best decision we made, the communication was amazing, he did every thing possible to sell our house and without his added extras he did I believe our house would still be on the market.
