Right from the start Justin was a stand out agent. We had our property appraised by 3 agents, 1 of those being Justin, and there was no question who we were going to go with to sell our property. He didn't come in to our house and start talking about the property, figures or the legalities right away. First he asked how we were. He engaged in conversation to get to know who we were and that spoke measures to us. When he did start talking real estate, his knowledge was unbelievable. He went through the house and not only told us what he thinks we should do in regards to selling privately or at auction, he told us why but ultimately the best thing he did was give us the knowledge we needed to make that decision our selves. He communicated with us every step of the way so we knew what was happening on a day by day basis and we never had to chase him for information.
