Bought my first apartment

As a first buying experience I have nothing else to compare it with so I can only judge by character. Straight up, plain language talk and explanations which made it great for us as first home buyers to understand bits and pieces. Easy to talk to and work with, respectful and polite. When the extra bit with offering advice and help even after the sale had gone through with settling into our new place and made himself contactable and present at all times.
