We were looking for an Agent and spoke with many. As we didn't live in Canberra this made the job a little harder. From the first conversation Justin was easy to deal with, transparent and courteous. Nothing seemed too hard and he put in a lot of effort before we had signed his exclusive agreement. Justin didn't know this but we had meet him 11 years earlier when we were looking at buying property and found his attitude to the buyers great and he was at his open homes with a smile and friendly face. This was a great point that we had not forgotten. Fortunately we had just 1 open home and another private viewing where we achieved a very reasonable offer for our house. Justin was transparent throughout the whole process and when there was a slight delay, he picked up the phone straight away and didn't dwell on the delay (This is probably Justin's single greatest strength - communication). Justin is someone that also picked up the phone more than I spoke to his voicemail, this is an unbelievably refreshing feeling as well. Our only slight gripe (and this would not stop us)was that his office had called us and insinuated that something needed to be done straight away that we dropped everything and did, however there was not a need for it. I got on the phone to Justin and he was aware of what was going on and apologised for the unnecessary urgency and explained that it was a internal communication problem that doesn't happen often, We accepted this as again he was contactable and we felt like this was an isolated issue that believe it or not he was already across. In short I would sell with Justin again, I would tell all my friends to sell through Justin and I feel that he brings truth to the role, straight to the point, works hard and operates a fantastic business, In todays day and age, answering the phone is a fantastic touch, you feel informed at all steps of the way and Justin is across his business, he lays blame nowhere and has a fantastic manor with people.
