Justin Tong was a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our home. He knew his statistics and markets, he went out of his way to deliver forms to be signed and offered help outside his working hours. Justin is friendly and warm when he greets and makes you feel comfortable in the decisions made to sell a home. A++++++ David & Julie

This is the second house I have sold with Justin and once again he didn't let me down! The house was only on the market for 2weeks before it sold for a great price. Everything was organised and Justin guided me thru the entire process. Thank you Justin! Will definitely be using you again for all purchases and sales!

I work in Real estate for over 40 years and know the value of employing a busy local agent ( Justin is number one salesman in his area)with a proven track record, strong data base of buyers, and backed up by a good brand name, thats why i choose Justin. Sold in a quick time frame Not only did Justin sell in record time -he did what he said he would do No fuss No stress communication was brillant We can highly recommend Justin to anyone selling in Hoppers & Werribee areas

I was extremely pleased to have Justin Tong sell our property. Justin was always availble to answer questions and kept us informed with regular updates. Justin was always on time , he presents very well and has very good communication skills. Our sale was not easy as there were many restrictions with the owner being in her early 90s , limited access times and having to deal with second parties and power of attorney . Justin handled the sale with the upmost professionalism and was very sensitive with the owner. Justin is a credit to Barry Plant real estate and we wish him well with his career. I have no hesitation in recommending Justin Tong to anyone buying or selling a property Sincerely Steve Field

He exceeded all my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Justin to anyone considering selling their home. I am extremely grateful for all his hard work.
